Job Description
- Administer and configure Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Cloud environments to support standardized PMO services.
- Support and/or lead Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud migration initiatives , including assessment, marketplace app rationalization, data validation, governance redesign, and post-migration stabilization.
- Configure and optimize Jira Service Management (JSM) aligned to ITIL principles (incident, problem, change, request management, SLAs, portals, approvals, knowledge base integration).
- Design and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, issue security schemes, and role-based access models.
- Implement Atlassian Access controls including SSO and automated user provisioning where applicable.
- Develop advanced automation rules, complex JQL queries, and executive dashboards to enhance operational reporting.
