Administer & Optimize
JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence.
Create custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboards for leadership insights.
Ensure security best practices across Atlassian platforms (access governance, encryption, backups).
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident workflows and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).<...
