Jefe(a) Unidad de Estadística – Hospital San Pablo de Coquimbo, Ministerio de Salud – Servicio de Salud Coquimbo. Vacante para una posición por contrato, disponibilidad inmediata. Salario: CLP mensual bruto.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and supervise the overall operations of the Unidad de Estadística and the Subunidad de Censo de Camas.
- Develop and execute the annual work plan, setting objectives, responsible parties, timelines, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Design, implement and maintain standardized, valid, and efficient data collection, processing and consolidation methodologies in line with national and local regulations.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff, promoting efficiency, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
- Process, validate, monitor and consolidate hospital production data, ensuring timely, complete and quality monthly statistical reports (REM).
