Lead building management and cleaning efforts as a Janitorial Supervisor at Cleantech! This position offers a chance to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness across multiple sites.
Cleantech is on the lookout for a Janitorial Supervisor who can manage cleaning teams and provide relief for Building Manager tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership abilities and experience in janitorial services, ensuring both staff management and building safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train janitorial staff effectively
• Perform regular inspections of cleaning quality
• Step in for Building Manager during absences
• Monitor site operations and report maintenance needs
• Ensure all actions comply with company safety protocols
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of cleaning experience
• 1 year of related Building Manager experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed
