Responsibilities include cleaning shared spaces, maintaining curb appeal, and conducting property inspections. Candidates should be motivated and ready to tackle special projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, floors, and common areas • Inspect and report any maintenance issues found • Support property management with tasked responsibilities
Requirements: • 2 years of cleaning experience preferred • High school diploma or general education degree • Experience with basic repairs an asset • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access • Clear criminal record for background check
