Job Description
Join JAM as a Buyer, where you will leverage your purchasing expertise to manage local and international supplier relations effectively. Use your skills in JDE and StockIQ to optimize inventory processes and expedite deliveries.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in purchasing, ideally 2+ years, to handle order creation, inventory validation, and supplier negotiations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Your strong communication skills will be essential for managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Release and review purchase orders in JDE
• Utilize StockIQ for forecasting and reordering recommendations
• Manage vendor communication and pricing arrangements
• Assist internal teams with supply chain coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory and supplier data
