IVANTI Analyst (Chihuahua)

This is a contract-based, remote role for an IVANTI Analyst. The IVANTI Analyst will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the IVANTI IT service management platform. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, implementing custom workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing system functionalities. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve service delivery processes and ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices.

• Design, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
