IT User Training Coordinator

Who we need

Reporting to the Director, IT Experience, we are hiring an IT User Training Coordinator to support the successful rollout, adoption, and day‑to‑day use of technology across the organization. As our new IT User Training Coordinator, you will lead engaging virtual and in‑person training sessions, support onboarding initiatives, create user‑friendly training resources, and help students, faculty, and staff confidently navigate institutional systems and tools. This is a highly visible and collaborative role that blends technology, facilitation, communication, and user experience.

This is an existing full‑time hybrid role based in Toronto, working four days per week on‑site, alternating between our 85 Richmond and 120 Bloor campuses, with occasional travel between our BC and Fredericton campuses to support onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
