DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and 2 IT support to a diverse international client base.Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, servers, cloud services).
Configure and support VoIP systems, PABX, and video conferencing tools.Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve or escalate incidents.Deliver user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.Ensure accurate ticket management, logging, and reporting.
**Requirements**:RequirementsExperience with networking equipment (Ubiquiti, Cisco), DNS, and domain management.Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP desirable).
Experience with remote access tools, antivirus solutions, and RMM platforms (e.g., NinjaRMM).
Knowledge of Linux, cPanel, or WordPress is an advantage.Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
