We are looking for an IT Technical Analyst.
Responsibilities- Administer all IT systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve high priority issues crossing technology domains.
- Serve as Level 2 support for internal customers with issues related to IT infrastructure and application services.
- Perform system monitoring, audits, updates to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems. Make recommendations for improvement.
