As a pivotal team member of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, the Senior Systems Administrator will work full-time to design and administer cloud solutions. This role focuses on technical troubleshooting, mentoring support staff, and collaborating with security to maintain compliance. You’ll contribute significant expertise in endpoint and identity management, essential for organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive system enhancements for cloud and hybrid environments
• Ensure adherence to compliance and security standards
• Facilitate onboarding of new technologies and solutions
• Create and manage system documentation and knowledge bases
• Provide mentorship to support staff in Tier 1 and Tier 2
Requirements:
• 5+ years in system administration focusing on Microsoft Azure
