Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a helpdesk environment providing support for all things IT including desktop, mobile and network devices. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using/troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware and software and be able to grasp new concepts quickly.
You will be the primary person responsible for supporting local and remote end‑users with problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to our end‑users and help with onboarding/training as needed.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Providing on‑site support at all Southwestern Ontario area offices;
- Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals;
