Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
- Manage user accounts (creation, termination, access control)
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewall)
- Oversee IT equipment lifecycle (inventory, procurement, vendor coordination)
- Support and maintain video conferencing (VC) and AV systems in meeting rooms
- Coordinate structured cabling and IT infrastructure setups
- Maintain IT documentation (inventory, diagrams, technical records)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
