About the role
The person will be primarily responsible for the following:
- IT support: Provide front‑line computer user support to in‑service support personnel for Combat Systems Integration.
- Review hardware requirements and solutions for desktop computer users.
- Review software requirements and solutions for desktop computer users.
What you bring to the role
- Zero to three years of experience.
- On‑site IT support — troubleshooting computer, network, printer and audiovisual equipment issues.
- Software support — troubleshooting Linux products, Microsoft (Windows and Office suite) and antivirus software.
- Commissioning/setup of personal computers, servers and other IT equipment; install cabling.
- Create, update and maintain Lockheed Martin Canada corporate image on desktops and laptops.
