Internship Overview As an IT Support Intern at Talents of Endearment, youll: Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Log, categorize, and escalate support tickets using our IT service management (ITSM) platform. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
