As an IT Support Analyst, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for diverse hardware and software in our clinics. Your role will include troubleshooting network connectivity, resolving helpdesk tickets, and maintaining Windows operating systems and applications such as Microsoft 365. Experience in a healthcare setting is crucial as you support our clinical staff and ensure system reliability.
