IT Specialist Service DeskWe are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk professional to provide high‐quality first‐line and initial second‐line support across an enterprise application landscape, ensuring reliable IT services and an excellent end‐user experience.What you'll need3‐5+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT Operations, supporting enterprise users in a shared services or corporate environment.Hands‐on experience with incident management, service requests, and initial troubleshooting, acting as a primary point of contact for users.Exposure to ERP and business‐critical applications – preferred experience with Infor LN; strong plus for SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.Working knowledge of ITSM / ITIL practices, including ticket documentation, categorization, escalation, and end‐to‐end ownership.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
