**Job Description**
Provide reliable and efficient IT support across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments. Support business operations across two primary manufacturing sites and contribute to maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing IT systems.
**What will you do?**
+ Deliver IT support to internal users across manufacturing, lab, office, and warehouse environments
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
+ Support production systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime
+ Perform onboarding/offboarding, including hardware setup and user readiness
+ Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and server room environment
+ Act as smart hands for server room operations, including rack and inventory management
