Job Description
Oversee IT service operations as an IT Service Management Operations Specialist. Use your expertise in ServiceNow and monitoring tools to enhance incident management and service insights.
As part of the Infrastructure and Operations team, you will ensure effective execution of ITSM processes and maintain end-to-end visibility across diverse services. Your responsibilities will include incident coordination, proactive monitoring, and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate IT service health monitoring activities
• Detect, validate, and manage incidents through ServiceNow
• Support incident resolution and communication with stakeholders
