Job Description
PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to lead our IT Operations team supporting both infrastructure and application environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage mission-critical systems and ensure high availability in fast-paced environments where uptime and response times are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and supervise the IT Operations team responsible for both infrastructure and application support.
