Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an IT Operations Analyst to join the Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, ON. The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operational IT systems at our Mississauga site. This includes activities and technology associated in our warehouse, front office, all manufacturing sites, on-site network contact, and hardware/infrastructure associated with business applications support. The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for working directly with third‑party vendors to support all outsourced agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains daily operational support for the IT systems throughout various sites of Power Busway. This role will monitor performance, proactively look at areas for improvement and lead all issue resolution.
