About the Role
The IT Officer plays a vital role in supporting SCG Indonesia’s digital and operational backbone. This role covers system support, user services, and IT infrastructure management, ensuring that employees and business units can work efficiently with secure and reliable technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations in line with company standards.
