Location: 100% Onsite in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Role Overview

This role supports end users by combining hands-on logistics. The position works across multiple teams and plays a key role in recent operational changes, ensuring equipment and technology are delivered, managed, and supported efficiently for remote end users.

Key Responsibilities

Support the End User Support group, collaborating across multiple internal teams.

Manage the logistics lifecycle of IT equipment, including laptops and peripherals.

Prepare equipment for deployment: packing, boxing, labeling, and shipping devices to end users' homes.

Coordinate with FedEx and other carriers for scheduled pickups and shipments.<...
