Responsibilities & Objectives

Requirements Analysis and Documentation

• Collaborate with business departments to define business requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• Assist in drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in the selection and evaluation of external vendors.

System Design and Development Support

• Assist in designing business processes and breaking down business requirements into IT product groups.
• Collaborate with the IT team at Midea Group headquarters on system design, development, testing, and deployment.

Testing and Deployment Support

• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Support system deployment and subsequent optimization efforts.
