As the Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will oversee the City’s IT monitoring operations while transitioning to ServiceNow ITOM. Your responsibilities will include leading technical projects, managing stakeholder engagement, and fostering vendor collaborations. Ensuring service availability through innovative monitoring solutions will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operational team in monitoring & event management
• Transition existing systems to ServiceNow ITOM platform
• Drive stakeholder engagement and monitoring requirements validation
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management policies
• Supervise the development of reports and health dashboards
Requirements:
• Extensive IT infrastructure monitoring experience
