Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for users in person and over Teams
• Image and prepare PCs according to established procedures
• Install necessary applications and troubleshoot basic hardware
• Assist users with common software issues like OS and Office
• Resolve technical problems logged via ticket system
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant helpdesk and PC building experience
