Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide operational IT support for Access Control and Video Surveillance platforms across global sites
- Support the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of security technology solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution activities with internal teams and external vendors
- Contribute to IT and Security projects including technical installation planning, implementation, testing, and operational handover
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and global partners to ensure stable system performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency of the platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and Security standards while supporting business and manufacturing operations
