Job Description
Responsible to keep administrative and production equipment's inventory, document support process, computer update and upgrade, format computer equipment with Windows Operator System, troubleshooting, keep production software and equipment functionality.
- Knowledge in Office 365 applications
- Knowledge in Active Directory environment
- Knowledge on Canon Printer install and configure drivers
- Knowledge on Network cabling
- Operating System Reinstallation
- Basic knowledge of Project
