IT Asset Management Specialist

The Role

The IT Asset Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of hardware assets, including tracking inventory, locating missing assets, optimizing costs, and supporting IT policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Tracks, maintains, and reports accurate records of assets throughout their lifecycle to support decision‑making and compliance
• Collaborates with management, vendors, and legal teams to support asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal; triages tickets to appropriate support groups, including proper escalation of major incidents
• Reports and communicates asset performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership or clients
• Manages accuracy of stock rooms and updates management on inventory requirements
