Your responsibilities
- Install, administer, and maintain IT services, hardware, and software, including configuration and management of cloud applications in Microsoft 365
- Coordinate IT‑related requests and provide comprehensive client management and support for employees, both remotely and on‑site in Montreal
- Ensure smooth IT operations by analysing and resolving technical issues and conducting performance analyses
- Administer virtual server environments (VMware)
- Maintain and manage releases and updates of standard software
- Perform backup and recovery procedures
- Administer and further develop Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
- Actively contribute to exciting internal IT projects
