Is/it Operations Specialist Senior - IT Scp

**Purpose**
Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager based in IT Hub Barcelona, the Operations Sr Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient operational support of the aligned products, responsible for sustain and leverage Service Management operations cross functions to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity and agility goals are achieved. May also coordinate activities of Specialists and Jr Specialists or cross streams when involved in projects.
Capable of responding to receivers and IT members inquiries and challenges by providing accurate and timely guidance, assisting in day to day operations as well as special project implementation, and serving as mentors for the entire aligned team.
