Role Summary
As the ISG Leader & Tech‑Sales Manager Switzerland, you will lead the local Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business, overseeing both sales and pre‑sales organizations while driving the country’s technology strategy. You will combine strong commercial leadership with deep technical expertise to accelerate growth, deliver customer success, and position Lenovo as a trusted innovation partner across enterprise, public sector, and partner ecosystems.
You act as a senior leader, trusted advisor, and people manager—representing the Swiss business both externally and internally, while shaping the future direction of our technology and solutions portfolio.
