- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues.
- Support the monitoring of system performance and network availability.
- Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
