IP Lawyer (In-House, Mexico)

Hello!

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IP Lawyer to join our global legal team and lead enforcement efforts in Mexico.

This role is remote-first, with a potential transition to a physical office in 4–6 months.

You’ll work closely with global legal and business teams, directly protecting the rights of some of the world's most recognized brands.

The position focuses on hands-on IP enforcement: drafting and sending claims, managing pre-litigation negotiations, representing clients in civil litigation, and recovering monetary compensation from infringers.
