Ip Data Analyst I (Buenos Aires)

Overview

The IP Data Analyst I will provide a full service for the trademark prosecution process or maintenance of clients' IP rights, using IP systems that have been and may occasionally be deployed. The role-holder will provide full administrative support in processing IP-related correspondence, issuing instructions to correspondent law firms, and fulfilling other duties as required ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of clients undertaken by IPSU (Intellectual Property Support Unit).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and process incoming correspondence relating to straightforward IP matters received from Baker McKenzie offices, IP clients, and additional global law firms.
• Create records and coordinate IP matter work plans to relevant IP attorneys based on new instructions received from IP clients and Baker McKenzie managing offices.
