Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for an iOS Mobile Engineer based in Benito Juárez, CDMX, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The iOS Mobile Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS mobile applications that support mroads’ HR technology products. Responsibilities include implementing new features, improving performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring app stability and security. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into well-structured, testable code. The engineer will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development processes and best practices. The role may also include integrating third-party services, optimizing apps for different devices, and monitoring app analytics to guide enhancements.
