Overview
The Lead Investor Services Manager oversees the Investor Services (IS) department, driving strategy, operations, and client relationship management to meet and exceed service delivery goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong client relationships, representing IS and State Street to clients.
- Ensure day‑to‑day IS service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
- Liaise with clients on development initiatives and act as point of contact for escalated queries.
- Resolve complex operational and customer complaints referred by managers.
- Maintain a robust control environment, driving the development and implementation of internal control procedures, external compliance, and regulatory requirements.
