Investment Finance Process Improvement Leader
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, driven, highly motivated professional to support our Investments teams as a Process Improvement Leader. Those showing strongest leadership, execution, and process improvement results are targeted to move into bubble assignments on key high impact projects or operational supervision roles. You will act as an Investments Finance SME and guide our investment teams on process improvement projects, ensuring they have proper internal controls in place and adhere to regulatory and reporting requirements.
What you’ll be working on
- Leading process improvement projects working with a project team to achieve a step change in key business metrics
- Supporting development of Management Systems (process controls, metrics & reporting, training, etc.)
- Delivering formal and informal training with the business and new Process Improvement Leaders to train on process improvement methodology
