Investment Banker

Key Responsibilities:


Lead equity and debt fundraising activities with banks, private equity firms, venture capital funds, and institutional investors.
Evaluate M&A opportunities, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.
Prepare investment memorandums, board presentations, and business cases.
Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and consultants during transactions.
Support licensing, co-development, and technology transfer deals in the pharma sector.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Develop long-term corporate growth and expansion strategies.
Monitor post-merger integration and value creation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
