Investment Attraction Advisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Investment Attraction Advisor is a market-facing, business development–focused role responsible for generating, managing, and advancing a robust pipeline of investment opportunities for the City of Maple Ridge. The primary focus of this position is investment attraction—including lead generation, prospecting, inquiry response, proposal development, and direct B2B engagement with developers, investors, site selectors, and business decision-makers.

The role spends the majority of its time proactively identifying and pursuing investment opportunities, promoting the City’s value proposition, and positioning Maple Ridge as a competitive, investment-ready location for residential, mixed‑use, industrial, and employment‑generating development.
