Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE The Investment Analyst will be an integral member of a dynamic and collaborative team involved in a wide breadth of industrial and commercial real estate development projects. This role works directly with the COO, VP Sales & Marketing, and VP Acquisitions & Asset Management, while collaborating cross‑functionally with leadership across development, finance, and operations.
This position supports investment decision‑making through financial analysis, market research, acquisitions support, and strategic reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating opportunities, maintaining market intelligence, and supporting the execution of acquisition and development initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Research & Industry Analysis
Monitor and track economic, investment, and capital markets fundamentals to analyze long‑term trends and inform investment strategy and portfolio performance across assigned sectors and markets
