Shape the future of startups with your expertise as an Intellectual Property Advisor at INVEST OTTAWA. Lead clients through their IP journeys with dedicated support and professional service.
This role serves as the first point of contact for the ElevateIP and IP Assist programs, providing necessary guidance and support from the Bayview Yards Innovation Centre. You will engage in organizing workshops, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with diverse teams to enhance client experiences while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first contact for all IP-related inquiries
• Assist clients during onboarding and service applications
• Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars
• Foster relationships with ecosystem partners
• Manage reporting and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Background in business, law, or a related field
• Experience in client services or program management
