Job Description
Streamline maintenance functions as a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator. Oversee inventory accuracy and stock management to facilitate efficient maintenance operations.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Plant Maintenance Manager, managing inventory records for a diverse range of parts. You will ensure materials are readily available for maintenance needs, oversee inspections upon receiving stock, and actively manage obsolete inventory. This position requires diligence in maintaining accurate location records and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory for 12,000 stocked items
• Maintain CMMS integrity and transaction accuracy
• Own the receiving function and resolve part discrepancies
• Execute daily cycle counts and stock audits
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Buyer on inventory levels
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2-5 years of inventory management experience
