General Statement of Responsibilities

To assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse; to play an integral part in providing a service‑oriented relationship with all other district departments.

Warehouse

• Answers warehouse telephone;
• Receives materials and supplies and checks for damage, shortage or discrepancies and processes paperwork;
• Packs materials or equipment to be shipped and fills out all necessary forms of shipment, including label and bills of lading;
• Through requisitions, issues materials and supplies as requested and keeps appropriate clerical/computer records; receives returned items; counts stock items in filling request;
