Job Description
Enhance community ties with Canadian Royalties as an Inuit Employment and Training Officer. This role is designed for Inuit beneficiaries, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee integration in Northern communities.
Working under the Inuit Program Coordinator, you will be entrusted with facilitating recruitment and training programs while supporting the company in labor relations issues. You'll also contribute to the development of intercultural understanding and the successful integration of Inuit workers.
Key Responsibilities:
