Interprofessional Practice Lead

Job Summary

The Interprofessional Practice Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for the design, implementation, evaluation, and continual improvement of interprofessional health programs and clinical pathways at UBC Student Health & Wellbeing (SHW). The role fosters team-based care among Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Counsellors, Psychologists, medical specialists and leadership overseeing the various disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of integrated health programming for mental health, medical care and health promotion in collaboration with SHW leadership.
• Lead planning, implementation, measurement, evaluation, and scaling of team‑based care models across SHW programs.
