Job Description
Become the driving force behind electrical operations as an Electrical Supervisor at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. Focus on safety, team management, and proactive maintenance solutions.
This role requires you to effectively manage electrical maintenance activities for your assigned area while maintaining safety and quality standards. As a supervisor, you will liaise with Operations and the General Supervisor for planned maintenance. You will also ensure the productivity and adherence to working hours for your team, contributing to overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical maintenance activities in your assigned area
• Manage team schedules and attendance
• Collaborate with supervisors on maintenance planning
• Create and prioritize Corrective Work Orders
• Control work quality and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal)
• Minimum 5 years in an Industrial Manufacturing setting
