In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced Reliability Engineers, assisting with tasks involving Maximo Systems and Condition Based Maintenance processes. Your involvement will help enhance the operational capability of IKO’s plants in North America and Europe while ensuring the development of effective training materials. Relationship-building with team members will be key in driving critical reliability initiatives forward.
