At Semtech, our Swiss Finance Team serves as the financial backbone of our international operations, supporting a diverse portfolio of entities across Europe and Asia.

Operating at the intersection of local statutory requirements and global corporate reporting, the team plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of all non-US entities.

This is a highly collaborative, internationally focused environment where Finance partners closely with Legal, Supply Chain, IT, and global business leaders to support operational growth and strategic decision‑making.

One of the team’s most important responsibilities is managing the complex reconciliation between Local Statutory GAAP, VAT Compliance, and US GAAP reporting, ensuring seamless consolidation into Semtech Corporation’s global financial framework.
