International Operations Specialist (Monterrey)

Responsible for processing INTL shipments for an assigned base of accounts. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prepare profitable quotations accurately.
• Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
• Maintain clear oral and written communication with clients.
• Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing clients of the status of their shipments.
• Arrange inland freight services.
• Inform supervisor of any problems or irregularities discovered within assigned transactions.
• Actively pursue a better understanding of the INTL process through independent study, as well as courses and seminars presented by approved sources.
